Definitely not a five-star hotel. Small room, no help with bags, and maintenance walking in without knocking with our kids inside. We'd never go back.

How they treated me
We arrived after an overnight flight from New York with two kids. There was no doorman to help with bags.
The room
We booked the Mito Connecting Suite. The room was small and not nice.
Service
There was a battery issue in the room, and maintenance kept coming in to fix it, without knocking, while our kids were inside.
The bottom line
This definitely wasn’t a five-star hotel. We would never go back.
