De Bonart Naples

Reviewed by Dorian Takahashi · 1 stay · Last stayed October 2026

Didn't feel like a five-star hotel. No help with bags, a small room, and maintenance walking in without knocking while our kids were inside.

De Bonart is where we stayed in Naples with the kids. It definitely didn’t feel like a five-star hotel. Nobody helped with our bags, the room was small and not nice, and maintenance kept walking into our room without knocking while our kids were inside.

Definitely not a five-star hotel. Small room, no help with bags, and maintenance walking in without knocking with our kids inside. We'd never go back.

Never.

We had a problem: maintenance kept coming into our room to fix a battery issue without knocking, with our kids inside.
