Great location, great room, and really good service overall. But the staff downstairs seemed more interested in other guests than in getting me a taxi.

I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Osaka on a business trip with my son Isaiah. The location was great, the room was great, and the service was really good overall, with breakfast decent. The one miss was downstairs: when I needed a taxi, they seemed more interested in helping other guests than in helping me.
