Everything was amazing. They treated our kids great, the Chinese restaurant was amazing, and they never made me feel out of place in my jeans and T-shirt.

Everything at the Shangri-La Paris was amazing. They treated our kids great, the service was amazing, and the Chinese restaurant was amazing. Most important to me: they didn’t make me feel out of place, even in my jeans and T-shirt. Along with Hotel de la Ville in Rome, it’s the best service I’ve had at almost any hotel.
