By far the best service I've had at almost any hotel. The doormen, the concierge team, the food, the staff. All of it was amazing.

Hotel de la Ville in Rome had by far the best service I’ve had at almost any hotel. The doormen and the concierge team were amazing, the food was amazing, our waitress was amazing. The whole hotel was amazing. The only hotel I’d put on the same level is the Shangri-La in Paris.

- Yes. It had by far the best service I've had at almost any hotel. Only the Shangri-La in Paris was on the same level.
- Is Hotel de la Ville good for families?
- Yes. We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Family Suite with our two daughters, and the whole team took great care of us.
- How is the food at Hotel de la Ville?
- Amazing, and so was our waitress.
